For the past 25 years, I've been joyfully wading through the vast and vibrant waters of healing practices, gathering a treasure trove of knowledge from herbal remedies to Feng Shui, crystal healing, and an array of Reiki forms, to the uplifting currents of Vinyasa, Kundalini (with a special nod to trauma-informed practices), Yin, Restorative Yoga, and the quietude of meditation. My journey through these healing arts is driven by a heartfelt passion and a sprinkle of curiosity, always with the hope of spreading a little more light and love. Sharing this journey with others isn’t just what I do—it’s a part of who I am. Finding comfort, grace, and endless blessings in these practices has been a gift, one that grows even more beautiful when passed on. I firmly believe in the ripple effect of good vibes; when we nurture and share what truly resonates, it not only uplifts our spirits but also weaves a tapestry of well-being that enriches us all, body, soul, and mind. Every day offers a new opportunity to laugh, learn, and grow together in this wonderful space of discovery and healing. Here’s to creating a world filled with joy, wellness, and a hearty dose of spirited connection! Teaches: Kudalini, Yin, Yin/yang |

My practice of yoga began in 2018, when I took a week off from work and family life. I went to a beloved, quite, place in Vermont where I intuitively began to look inside and explore alternative ways of living and being. The constant in this week off was a daily practice of Fluid Yoga in the vinyasa tradition. I found a deep sense of presence by practicing intentionally fluid movement and mindful meditation. Since those days of exploration, I have continued to learn and deepen my practice of yoga and meditation. I find yoga provides me with a sense of calm, peace, letting go and being present. Breath and breathing have become central to my practice. Yoga has grown beyond the mat and has become a lifestyle, a way of be-ing. Teaches: Fluid yoga & Spa Yoga |

Yoga is my Release. Stepping onto my yoga mat has allowed me to release the stories I have told myself and internalized from others. I believed these stories, carried them with me, and allowed them to become part of my self-definition. On my mat, I mindfully show up for myself and let go of all the thoughts that cause tension and no longer serve me. My yoga practice provides me with grace and freedom to be beautifully imperfectly alive. I believe in yoga's healing power to connect the mind, body, and spirit, not only through movement but also through stillness. I want to share the release, refresh and reset that I have found with my students. Michelle is RYT 200 hour certified. Substitute/Popup Teacher |
