​Meet Michelle!
 
Yoga is my Release. Stepping onto my yoga mat has allowed me to release the stories I have told myself and internalized from others. I believed these stories, carried them with me, and allowed them to become part of my self-definition. On my mat, I mindfully show up for myself and let go of all the thoughts that cause tension and no longer serve me. My yoga practice provides me with grace and
freedom to be beautifully imperfectly alive. I believe in yoga's healing power to connect the mind, body, and spirit, not only through movement but also through stillness. I want to share the release, refresh and reset that I have found with my students.
Michelle is RYT 200 hour certified.

During the 10 week small group sessions we will work on:
Mindset/limiting beliefs around your body and health goals
How to manage Chronic disease through diet and movement 
How to incorporate mindfulness and gratitude in your daily life
In the group session you will find empowerment and accountability form other women on their healing journey

​My name is Nathan Medlock.

I am a yoga practitioner and teacher that has come to yoga from a need to heal. I have learned the power of yoga is a way of living and how life changing the path of yoga can be.

The style of yoga I teach is Embodyoga, which has it's roots in Hatha, Bhakti, and Kundalini. I also draw from the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, which is the science of extending life.

Meet Donna!
I have been in the healing world for over 25 years and studied many modalities from herbal remedies, feng shui, crystal healing, reiki, angelic reiki, vinyasa , yin and restorative yoga, and  meditation. I am passionate about the work I do in the hope that it will benefit many. I love to share my knowledge with others because I have found such comfort, grace and blessings in these practices. When true and good things are strengthened, expanded and shared every being benefits emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Monday 7PM-8PM Kundalini Harmony

We will explore the powerful practice of Kundalini each week aligning with the cycles of nature (seasons, moon phases,  elements & energy) tuning into the wisdom of our bodies. Kundalini Yoga is a game changing practice utilizing mantra, movement, breath and sound – it supports and helps us to balance our endocrine, nervous, respiratory and immune systems.

We will create some heat with Yang postures & movement, core,  (yoga/Pilates/barre infused) to open and build strength then move into yin postures to cool down calming the mind, body & spirit.

Kundalini Yoga 
Come as you are and allow me to introduce you to the experience and magic of this incredible practice.
Kundalini yoga focuses on the energy of the body, with powerful breathing exercises as well as movement, mantra and meditation.
Kundalini has a direct impact on the major systems in the body; endocrine, nervous and digestive. When these systems are running smoothly overall health and wellbeing is often a result.
Be prepared to feel lighter, and maybe even notice a spark in your eyes.

This nurturing class brings balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. By combining the beautiful qualities of mindfulness and breath, we slow down and relax the nervous system &  become stronger mentally and physically. We all need to find moments to slow down and experience some calm in our lives. These classes provide that opportunity. Class ends with a guided meditation.
No yoga experience needed, come as you are!

Meet Tanya!
Tanya has been a practitioner of yoga since 1994. She is an eRYT 200 teacher with additional certifications in restorative yoga, core strength yoga, clinical hypnotherapy and is currently pursuing certification in yoga therapy. She combines her teaching of yoga with her background and passion in anatomy and science offering a universal approach to self-care and wellbeing.
Her classes cultivate a calming of the nervous system and a beautiful stretching of the body. A supportive and infectiously happy human, Tanya’s classes are all inclusive and perfect when you’re looking for something a little chill.


Thursday 7PM-8PM Meditation & Restorative 
Each week, we'll explore meditative practices such as yoga nidra, mindfulness meditation/contemplation, yogic breathwork & guided meditations. Learn techniques that can be taken off the mat so you can create a home practice - just what we all need for balance these days! We'll top that off with blissful restorative poses to provide the deepest relaxation.  No prior experience or expertise required; simply let us lead you on a journey back to yourself.

Meet Barbie!
My love for yoga came from using the practice as a companion to my strength training routine. As I deepened my yoga practice I felt I was getting many benefits off the mat as well, it was awakening my spirituality. These changes piqued my curiosity so I completed Heart Song Yoga and The Hard & Soft Yoga Institute 200 hour yoga teacher training and Beryl Bender Birch Yoga & Longevity.
Working as a professional hairstylist for over forty years has given me great insight into women's concerns and my training in yoga has shown me that a regular practice not only alleviates but eliminates our common concerns. Building strength and flexibility in the body while creating a calm and clear mind.
My classes are a blend of power poses and stretching with stillness and spirituality designed to make you feel good on the inside as well as the outside. My belief is yoga is for everybody, there are no limitations. I see myself as the guide but the practice is created by the individual.


Wednesday 7AM-8AM Energize Your Day
An energetic approach to yoga, this class includes Ashtanga inspired postures intertwined with mindfulness techniques to enhance your life. 
Developed for new or life long practitioners this class is the perfect tool for staying agile, healthy, and fit.

​Meet Gary!

Gary is a 200 hr certified QiGong Teacher, he started practicing last year and realized quickly the benefits of this healing practice. Gary had struggled with back and neck issues for many years and through his practice has gained more flexibility and is able to move freely without pain.  Gary is excited to share the benefits of starting a Qigong practice.

QiGong is an ancient practice using breath, movement & meditation to increase energy, vitality & healing in the body. We will learn how to utilize breath with movement and meditation. Give your self an hour to move, breath, laugh and feel better.
